It was an exceptionally cold start to the day with snow falling! Harriett went first and produced a lovely clear round; next to go was Cecily who had a disagreement at the first fence but then contributed greatly to the final score which saw the team placed 3rd. George was last to go producing a super clear round. Individually, George was placed 1st, also winning £50.00 voucher for use at the venue for hire of the arena for training. Harriett was placed 4th
90cm Class (team as above)
The snow had eased off slightly by now, but it was bitterly cold with the wind getting up. George was first to go and had 2 down picking up 8 faults, Harriett was next and rode another perfect clear round, as did Cecily who rode, but then unfortunately had the Joker down picking up 8 faults. Individually Harriett was placed 8th Well done everyone.
The next event at Aston is in two weeks, the Championships which all have qualified for. There are also prizes for an accumulation of points over the whole series of 7 competitions and individually Witham riders are all in with a good chance of being placed.
