Hey Ewe! Pre-Prep get everyone in the mood for Christmas

11 Dec 2017

Following on from the first performance in costumes on Tuesday to the Prep School, the Pre-Prep children took to the stage on Wednesday 6th December and Thursday 7th December to tell their version of the Nativity to large audiences of parents, grandparents and friends.
From the twinkling Reception angels, to the increasingly naughty Year 1 sheep and the hustling bustling townsfolk of Bethlehem who were Year 2, all the characters sang and acted their hearts out. As ever, Year 3 took the main roles with every pupil having a speaking part and some singing in groups or even solos. All of them were absolutely fantastic with the clarity and diction being highly praised by all.
Our huge thanks go to all the staff for their hard work and dedication in helping the children to be as confident as they are on the stage but in particular Miss Hope and Miss Hard for their script adaptations and rehearsing with Year 3, Miss Forbes for all the musical magic she always provides, Miss Forbes-Rogers for her choreography and Mrs Dawes and Mrs Williams for the amazing set they created.
