Alice Rose was the co-founder of Talk Education who sadly passed away in May 2022. In honour of Alice, the judges selected the school that embodies the qualities Alice was most passionate about: 'a school where children are allowed to be children, one that supports growth and learning but allows them to climb trees and get muddy knees, where confident, nurtured, happy children enjoy their childhood. A true home-from-home.’

]]> Wed, 28 Jul 2021 13:10:23 GMT https://www.withamhall.com/news/?pid=5&nid=1&storyid=6 https://www.withamhall.com/news/?pid=5&nid=1&storyid=5 On 30^th April 2021, staff and pupils took part in the annual Witham Hall Fun Run. This year’s event was held in support of Don’t Lose Hope, the Bourne-based mental health charity. Don’t Lose Hope’s Eddy Bear was there to start the race, cheering pupils to the finish line. Each child was asked to seek sponsorship for the event from family and friends, efforts which have raised more than £6,000 for the local charity. Everyone embraced the spirit of the event, running in fancy dress and house colours.
