Learning for Life

To the children and parents at Witham Hall, Personal, Social, Health and Citizenship Education (PSHCE), including Economic Wellbeing, is known as Learning for Life. The School’s Learning for Life programme makes an essential contribution to the Spiritual, Moral, Social and Cultural (SMSC) development of the children in the School, and also to their personal development, behaviour and welfare.

The programme and the wider culture and teaching at Witham enable the children to develop to take their rightful place in the community as local, national and global citizens. SMSC is about the values students are encouraged to hold, their attitude towards learning, knowledge and society. For more detail about the Learning for Life curriculum, see the Witham Hall Curriculum here.
